You may have to go back and forth with them 2 or three times. that you tried all that and it still doesn't work. Just reply back and ask them to re-read your support submission. They take 48 hours to respond and their first response will probably tell you to try all the things you just told them you already did. Explain that the problem occurs on both which suggests that the problem is hardware, not software.

They have a 2 year warranty on their mice. If you have had it for a while or you bought it directly from Razer, then reach out to Razer Support. If you bought it from a retail store (recently) and still have the receipt, I would take it back and ask for an exchange (ie: BestBuy). If you tried it on the MacBook and you still have the same problem, I'm guessing it is a problem with the mouse. You can do so by simply clicking flair under your link!

Configure the mouse such so default dpi is 16,000.

You may be accidentally hitting these buttons while playing and boom, its changing the dpi constantly.ĭownload Razer Synapse to a PC or laptop. Default 3 steps, 500dpi/1800dpi/10000dpi or something close to that. Also, there are 2 buttins on top by the scroll wheel. Have you pluged the mouse into a pc and ran Razer Synapse on it? If not, the mouse comes defaulted at 1800dpi.
